Hi !

I have a custom component for a event calendar :https://www.xxxx.ca/calendrier/theatre-les-gens-d-en-bas-cabaret-des-contes-ruraux-2-25

I would like that when we share this page in Facebook the image of the event is presented (in this example the poster on the left under the title "7 DÉCEMBRE 2017 - THÉÂTRE LES GENS D'EN BAS : CABARET DES CONTES RURAUX 2".

How can I do that ?

Hi

Search the URL calendrier/theatre-les-gens-d-en-bas-cabaret-des-contes-ruraux-2-25 in sh404SEF URL manager, click it and under the Social networking tab, enter the URL of the image you want to use (documentation is here).

This should work fine automatically actually, but most likely your custom component does not fire the required Joomla event, namely the onContentPrepare event, which tells other plugins on your site what content is going to be output (not the full page, just the content).
