Hi

This means the cache file on disk for sh404SEF URLs has been corrupted. This happens sometimes when the server cannot cope with the speed of writing to the cache and the traffic.

Go to sh404SEF configuration, set "Use URL disk cache" to "No" under the "Advanced" tab of configuration.
