Hi, i'm using your sh404sef extension with a third party component called "Music Collection" from joomlathat.com.

They have a custom plugin to work with your extensions but when i enable that plugin i get this error:

And right now i have a blank page.

Unfortunately the answer from joomlathat support was: "if it is (the plugin) not working just disable it". This is not acceptable as i want to use your extension.

So my question is: could you make a quote to fix their already made plugin that is not working? If you need i can send you the files to check

Hi

Sorry, no, we do not do custom programming, we just do not have any resource for that.

Good to hear about JoomlaThat behavior though, we were actually looking at their Affiliate Tracker extension for another site, I guess that sort of support makes the choice easier for customers.

Maybe you can attach the plugin here and I can check if there's something obvious.
