I want to know if there is a way of getting rid of this part itemlist/category/159
Do I just go in find it and edit it and take those bits or is there something in sh404sef that I shoudl configure to get rid of those part

Hi

This looks like a K2 page, and having such URLs would indicate that you didn't install the K2 plugin for sh404SEF. Prior to K2 v 2.7, the K2 support for sh404SEF was builtin K2, but starting from this version they made it a separate plugin. So you need to get the plugin from them (note they are also the ones providing support for anything K2-sh404SEF related).
