 Hi,

I update regularly sh404SEF, but I still have the same blank page problem that appears randomly with always the same error message for different pages and different web sites (all Joomla 3.x). At each, we must purge the url for the site works again.

To recap, see the bugs #1781 and #1887.

Hi

Well, as you can see on the logs above, this is not an sh404SEF issue. It appears randomly in all parts of Joomla. I have no more information on such issue, and have not heard anything about it since we last talked, so I guess Joomla must have fixed it somehow, and yet you still have it.

That you have to Purge URLs to resolve the issue is not an indication on the source of the problem, as purging URLs would also purge the disk cache, meaning that memory usage would be reduced and page processing requirements would be lower.

As before, I would suggest disabling disk cache.

We haven't said anything about that, but what's your hosting company? which PHP version?

Hi,

Thank you for your reply, I will disable the disk cache.

Yes, we host the sites we develop, we have our own servers, I manage configurations.
Sites that have problems are on a server with PHP 5.6.17.

Regards.

Hi

Ah ok, so PHP version is not a problem.

An interesting thing to do would be to keep a copy of the cache file(s) (after the error occured), to see if they are corrupted somehow.
