Hello,

I have version 4.8.1.3443 of sh404SEF.

Facebook buttons disappears after revisiting the website for a second time. All other buttons (Twitter, Google Plus, Linkedin) are still there.

I read on support several topics about caching problems. None seems to working in my case.

I use for caching the website, JCH Optimize Pro. (Joomla cache is on conservative mode).

As it seems, the first time that the website loads, everything is in order. But if you visit the website again you see that only the Facebook buttons are missing.

I checked the issue in all popular browsers (Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox) and the proplem persists.

Whenever i clear Joomla cache, Facebook buttons works for one time but after revisiting the website, Facebook buttons are missing.

sdk.js for the first time that website loaded is there. After revisiting the website for second time isn't there.

Any clues?

Best Regards

John

Hi

1 - What's the site?

2 -
sdk.js for the first time that website loaded is there. After revisiting the website for second time isn't there.
You mean the code for loading the button is not in the source page? or it's there but there's some error and it doesn't load?

3 - As for validating things, I would disable temporarily all caching, and see if the problem goes away. This means:

- joomla configuration caching
- joomla page cache system plugin
- JCH

If problem goes away, enable back only JCH, then test.

Hello

1 - The site is http://www.xxxx.gr

2 - Yes i mean the source code is missing after revisiting the website. No error atl all. No javascript conflict.

3 - I followed the instructions that you gave me and problem solved:

- I disabled joomla configuration caching (Global Configuration - System - Cache - Off)
- Joomla page cache system plugin never was enabled from the start, so no reason to mess up with that
- JCH disabled

The problem solved. After that I enabled only JCH, everything works fine at the moment.

Thanks once again for your fast and accurate response.

Best Regards

John
