That's not what the message on your screenshot says. It says that you need to have SEF URLs on your site. It means that currently your site is using URLs such as index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=12...
SEF URLs are similar to /my-article instead.
You don't need sh404SEF to use wbAMP, just enabling Joomla SEF URLS in Joomla configuration is enough .
