#2694 – Filters and pagination problem with Hikashop

I am not informed of any issue with Hikashop. Could you please provide us with superadmin credentials to your website. You can create a temporary account, and delete it afterwards, but it must have superuser level.

This error seems to happen because the URL is missing the trailing slash. For instance, on first display, the link to the second page is:

http://www.xxxx.com/demo/drink/?limitstart=24

The link is correct and it works.

On the second page load though, Hikashop renders incorrect links:

http://www.xxxx.com/demo/drink?limitstart=48

This link misses the trailing slash, it should be:

http://www.xxxx.com/demo/drink/?limitstart=24

The problem is the same with filters, they use the wrong URL, missing the trailing slash.

I have not been able to identify which filter module you are using, can you give me it's number? (all the Hikashop filter modules seem unpublished)

I would suggest to talk to the Hikashop developers, and ask them why the current URL is not used (missing trailing slash) when using pagination and filtering.

Of course I assume you have not customized those in your template or otherwise.

I have never seen this issue on Hikashop+sh404SEF sites, to I am wondering if this is only triggered when on RTL sites?

Anyway, the first thing to do is see why the wrong URL is rendered by those Hikashop modules?
