It is possible to solve both problems at the attached image by setting the sh404SEF extension?

Hi

Nope, both issues are not related to sh404SEF, nor can be fixed with it.

- H1 heading is something you have to put in your content. It might be fixed by using a better template, or writing template overrides that fix the problem.

- IP address: that's a server thing, but is basically not a real problem, pretty much all shared hosting server do that. And as you are using cloudflare, I don't think you can do anything about it.
