sh404SEF doesn't read meta data from Sobipro. It cannot mix them up.

Could you please provide us with superadmin credentials to your website. You can create a temporary account, and delete it afterwards, but it must have superuser level.

I have managed to connect to the site (access to admin is blocked outside of Italia it seems, there is one hosting company doing this, or maybe it's a plugin?).
I couldn't find the reason for this. I have double-checked the code in sh404SEF to be sure, and ran some tests on other sites, and this doesn't happen. Even on your site, this only happen on SobiPro page, so I'm inclined to think that SobiPro is causing this. It could be another plugin, but I checked the plugins on your site, and could not find anything unusual.

This could happen if SobiPro was adding their title and description to the Joomla document, instead of replacing it. But I don't know how they insert the page title/description into the page, that would require to look at their code. I would suggest you ask them about that.

Sorry, you misundertood me. I was able to connect (through a VPN) and I checked that sh404SEF has no problem here. Here is the conclusion again:
