The 404 pages has increased dramatically on my website. I have two doubts:

1 - In Google Webmaster report shows 485 link not found, while in sh404sef Panel total 3044, a huge difference. I have observable strange URL in the relationship, many JavaScript, and that may not be the site www.xxxx.com.br directory. I have other sites in the same accommodation, but in separate directories, it would be possible the sh404sef is crawling this site too?

2 - I want to fix this problem, but I'm afraid to take a wrong turn and create more problem for me, so my question is, what is the best way to solve it?

Hi

1 - The difference is absolutely normal. Search console only records the 404 on your site (called Internal by sh404SEF), while sh404SEF records all 404s on your site.

Hundreds of robots (and people) are sending requests on your site (for instance, you should now have a 404 like: /hello-from-weeblr in your list, that I just requested). You will also see some URLs meant for Wordpress, Drupal, javascripts, or extensions you don't have on your site, and many other random things.

, it would be possible the sh404sef is crawling this site too?
sh404SEF does not crawl your site. It has no knowledge of what's on your site, or on the other site. It only transforms non-sef URLs Joomla creates into SEF, and it does so when Joomla asks it to do it.

2 - I want to fix this problem,
There is no problem on the site, all your 404 are marked "External".
What you need to look at is the URLs in Search console. Take them one by one, and understand what's happening, if anything.

For instance, the first one is /paramirim/social.html. You can click on it, in the Search console, to see more details about the error, where and when it was found.

If I request this URL, I get a 404. And the sh404SEF error page is suggesting to me, as a first alternative choice, /paramirim/social/

So maybe your URLs have changed recently? you have changed some settings in sh404SEF? or it was just the URL change when you installed sh404SEF?

This should help you understand what's happening on your site.
