I am using Joomla 3.1.5 with Joomla SEF and URL Rewriting enabled. With this all URLs are OK, except I have some duplicate URLs reported by Google Webmaster Tools.

What should my Quick Start configuration be?

Could you list exactly the URLs that are seen are duplicate (maybe a screeshot of WMT)?

Also please note that you should immediately update to current version of Joomla! sh404SEF is not even supported on J! 3.1.* (see https://weeblr.com/dw)
