This setting used to be where the Quickstart is now, but I can not find it. My URLs included"/index.php/" and I need to remove it. I do have mod_rewrite ready to go, and the Joomla .htaccess and the rewrite engine is on.

This setting was not useful, as it had the same function as the Joomla one. So we now directly use the Joomla setting for using /index.php/ or not (in Joomla global configuration).
