I have just bought your subscription for SF404SEF. After installation I've received all my urls not working. Can you help me?
I'm using Joomla 3.4.5.

Hmml, why are you trying to access /zaidimai-vaikams?

This URL doesn't seem to exist. sh404SEF suggest, for instance, http://www.xxxx.lt/m/zaidimai-vaikams/kartingai, which works fine?

Yes, sorry for not exact describing of the issue. Zaidimai-vaikams other urls like /loginiai-zaidimai, or /burbuliukai ar "category blog", or "Featured articles". They are nor working. sh404SE works fine only on single pages and Home page, but has issues on "category blog" or "featured articles". Usually zaidimai-vaikams look like on the attached file. (I recognised that If I want to work it fine again I need to dissable "shlib - Db query cache and programming library"). But if I dissable this plugin sh404SE is not working at all.

Really appreciate your help

OK, if we take, for instance, /loginiai-zaidimai as an example, I can see this link in the menu on the left:

how have you created that link? what's the menu type you have used for the login link?

Hi,
I have tried this plugin with other sites, and also have the same issues. I've recognized that problem accurs when I try to enamble URL optimization See attached. My global setings are set as recomended. On the menu I use external links tagged items or featured articles.

Hi,

The menu type is "Category blog"" and "Articles-Single article, With those menu items I have an issues. I've recognised that The program works fine with links created with menu type "featured articles"

There is something else in how your site is setup.

Could you please provide us with superadmin credentials to your website. You can create a temporary account, and delete it afterwards, but it must have superuser level.

Hi

You have a big problem on the site, your database is not UTF-8:

[xxxx]

That's why you get all those bad characters.

Second, and that's a reason why you have those 404: you have defined most of your menus as "External URLs", and you hardcoded the links:
[xxxx]

That's not how Joomla links should be created in menu (or anywhere). If you do that, Joomla SEF cannot process the link and pass it to sh404SEF to build a link and create an entry in the database.

If you fix your menu structure, things will work normally.
