Hi, I don't understand why I have index.php in 404 urls ?
When I try this url (http://www.xxxx.fr/index.php) it works and I'm not redirected to 404 page ?
Is something wrong in my settings ?

Hi

There are a few possible reasons for that. A common one is attempted (failed) attacks, or simple bad requests, that have invalid characters in them: when the 404 URL is recorded, the invalid characters are dropped, and only /index.php is left.

I'd suggest deleting them and see if they come back.
