Good afternoon
I did a redirect to the url xxxx.es/sitemap.xml xxxx.es/mapa.xml. Now I deleted the redirect, but xxxx.es/sitemap.xml is blank. How I can fix?
Thanks greetings

Hi

Not sure I understand what you're asking.

Your sitemap seems to be available at xxxx.es/mapa.xml. It works fine there.

Do you also have another sitemap at xxxx.es/sitemap.xml? You have 2 sitemaps, one called sitemap.xml and another called mapa.xml?

How is the sitemap produced and why do you expect to have 2?

Hi

So again, what is creating this sitemap? what's its real URL?
or is it a real file on your server?

Hi
On the server, if the file is called mapa.xml, no problem, but if called sitemap.xml, the page is blank.

Hi

Well, if you want mapa.xml to be renamed to sitemap.xml, why don't you just rename it to sitemap.xml?

What does this have to do with sh404SEF?

Hi
Because I did a 301 redirect (sitemap.xml to mapa.xml) with sh404sef. I deleted the url, and now sitemap.xml is blank when I rename the file mapa.xml to sitemap.xml.

Hi

And again, what does this has to do with sh404SEF????

You need to rename using FTP the mapa.xml to sitename.xml. Is that what you have done?

And once again, how is this sitemap created? do you have a sitemap extension?

Hi
"You need to rename using FTP the mapa.xml to sitename.xml. Is that what you have done?"
Yes, I did it. Before delete 301 redirection not happening. Now the page appears blank.
" And once again, how is this sitemap created? do you have a sitemap extension?"
Jsitemap pro.

Hi

But if you have an extension producing the file, you don't use FTP to rename it. The file name is decided in the the extension parameters.

Also, if JSitemap has a problem (it creates a blank file) then you should search in JSitemap.

I suggest setting Joomla Error reporting setting to "Maximum", this may display error messages happening when JSitemap tries to display it's sitemap.
