my host in bluehost and joomla version is 3.5
and that what happened is my administrator is not working as attached file

Hi

If you have a white page, there's little we can do.

I suggest the following:

1 - using FTP, open your Joomla configuration.php file, in the root of your site
2 - Find the line

public $error_reporting = 'xxxxxxxxx';

and change it to:

public $error_reporting = 'maximum';

3 - Save the modified configuration.php and reload your admin. There probably will be an error message now.
