I am getting an error message when I try and install sh404.

Fatal error: Class 'ShlSystem_factory' not found in E:\xampp\htdocs\findlayfoods.local\tmp\install_56536c6b71372\installation.script.php on line 2082

I am trying to install on a localhost. I have loaded a fresh copy of my site backup and I get the same error message.

Thanks in advance.

The file I am using is: com_sh404sef_4.7.0.3065_full.zip

I have downloaded it a couple of times.

I just subscribed so I am assuming this is the latest version.

This is a fresh install on a localhost copy of my website, http://xxxx.com.

Thanks in advance,

G

Hi

1 - This is NOT the latest version.

2 - What PHP and Joomla versions are you running?

3 - Are you updating from a previous version of sh404SEF?

I do not think I am updating, Don't think I have had that extension on my system before. I checked in the manage section and your program is not listed.

I downloaded that version of sh404 from your website a couple of days ago, what file should use?

My site specs:

Well, just download the latest version.

I do not think I am updating, Don't think I have had that extension on my system before.
From looking at the code, this could only happen if a (very) old version of sh404sef (more accurately the shLib system plugin, a part of sh404SEF) is installed (even if disabled).

I suggest entirely uninstall sh404SEF first, then try again.
