 Hello!
Two questions about html suffix:

1) Why i display pages with html suffix? i kept empty suffix field
2) If i solve point 1 different content will be displayed?

Ex: https://www.xxxx.it/casette-in-legno/ doesnt't have content box on the right such as https://www.xxxx.it/casette-in-legno.html

Regards
Fabio

Have you purged URLs after clearing the the html suffix field?
Are you sure those are not custom URLs?

Is https://www.xxxx.it/casette-in-legno.html found in a link on your site? if yes, on which page?

What's the non-sef URL assigned to https://www.xxxx.it/casette-in-legno.html

Ex: https://www.xxxx.it/casette-in-legno/ doesnt't have content box on the right such as https://www.xxxx.it/casette-in-legno.html
Those are 2 entirely different pages. From a web standpoint they have absolutely nothing in common.
If modules or templates are not displaying the same, I assume they are using different Itemid (in their non-sef version), which is what Joomla uses to decide on modules and templates display.

Ok thank you,
about point 1 i made a test in www.xxxx.com/new/ (my testing website)

i have http://www.xxxx.com/new/casette-in-legno without html and
http://www.xxxx.com/new/bungalow-in-legno.html with html

Why this difference if i build them as virtuemart category in my main menù?

http://www.xxxx.com/new/administrator?vittoriacasette

pass: xxxx
if you want to take a look =)

Thank you very much
Fabio

Euh you have .html URLs because you ... manually created them!
