Hello,

I have a problem with my Joomla! 2.5.28, 2.6.6 and VirtueMart sh404sef 4.7.0.3065.

That's when I active optimization of URLs, links in the cart to change the payment method becomes "http://www.monsite.com/fr/?task=editpayment" and sends me on the page Home of my site.

I wanted to create an alias to the correct page I identified:
"index.php / en /? option = com_virtuemart & lang = en & task = view = & editpayment cart"

I tried everything in vain, my only option is to disable the optimization of URLs in the sh404SEF control panel. But if I go that I lose all aliases of the site that I have created (and I have a lot now).

I can not find solution and turn to you has any chance.

Hoping to get an answer, even negative.

That is an incorrect page, it cannot be used at all.

Having /fr/ at the beginning will send you to the home page, as it should (/fr/ is the french homepage). And yes,it "works" with Joomla SEF, but that is an SEO mistake.

We actually have a new version that can handle those bad URLs. Please download it from this page and let us know.

I don't really see any bug. What you have here is a simple 404.

Could you please provide us with superadmin credentials to your website. You can create a temporary account, and delete it afterwards, but it must have superuser level.

I think I know where this can come from however, and this is probably fixed now.

You can try the current version: download from this page and install over the current one, then test the edit payment task.

Hello,

Having too much problem, I handed the 4.7.0.3065 release.

If I put the 4.7.1.3138 version I can not activate the optimization of URLs because it causes bug 404 on the home page.
But if I disable the optimization of URLs, everything seems to work except some page that only works thanks to the alias manage your sh404SEF component.
(this causes a malfunction of my purchasing process, because I hacked virtuemart with hard links)

As the site is in production, the simplest would be to debug the operation next Tuesday, I desactiverai the store virtuemart time of the operation.
Will you diponible between Tuesday, November 24 and Wednesday, November 25 to respond to the need?

Hi

There's almost nothing we can do on an online site, because we don't know which extension is causing a problem and we can't check the PHP code running.

The good way is for me to get an akeeba backup of the site (if the backup is more than 4 or 500 Mb, please exclude images from the backup), so that I can install on my local machine and see what really happens.

In addition, 4.7.1.3138 should not give you a 404 on home page, so maybe it's just about caching and purging URLs. Checking that safely can only be done offline.

I will test tomorrow to re-install 4.7.1.3138 and then purge the cache.

If I find no solution, then I would do a Akeeba excluding archive images.

I only have one problem , the English shop is inaccessible, a problem not compatibility with virtuemart ?

There's no known issue with VM and sh404SEF.

Currently, your server gives a 500 error whatever URL I try to request so I can't test.

So, I understand anything . I have absolutely not hit home I have no error 500. I accede to the site properly , but in the English party, I have a new bug, I now see the store's products, but is the English home page that bug.

The page is loading now. This means you have intermittent errors on your server. You should watch your web server logs to see if this happens often.

Please make sure you update to the current released version, then purge URLs, then we'll see.

Just disable flooding control, that's something you deal with when your site works.

Do you have any template override for the mod_languages modules, the language switcher?

Ah yes, that's it: you have hardcoded the links in your language switcher, "langue coder":
