Hi,
with the latest version of sh404SEF I notice this in the dashboard.
Joomla settings are probably not correct
Joomla! and sh404SEF SEF URLs settings don't match. This is not required by sh404SEF but some extensions may not work properly.
How can I fix?

Hi

As per the message, your Joomla settings are not correct: either Joomla SEF URLs are not enabled, or you have enabled Joomla html suffix optio, while the corresponding sh404SEF option is empty, or vice-versa.
