After upgrading to the latest version 4.7.0.3065, I am getting this error in admin and can't work with the app

Fatal error: Class 'ShlMsg_Manager' not found in ...administrator/components/com_sh404sef/helpers/msg.php on line 52

Hi

There are multiple possible reasons:

1 - which joomla version are you running?
2 - which exact shLib system plugin version are you running?
3 - which PHP version are you running? (if OpCache is enabled on your server, you may need to purge the cache, though we do it upon installation).

2 - which exact shLib system plugin version are you running? Not sure, but found this line : plugins/system/shlib/shl_packages//ZendFramework-1.11.7-minimal/library:.:/usr/local/php53/lib/php
3 - which PHP version are you running? (if OpCache is enabled on your server, you may need to purge the cache, though we do it upon installation). PHP Version 5.3.29

I need to know what version is installed. This is obtained with the usual Joomla extensions manager. Go there and search for shLib, then please report the exat version displayed.

What seems to be happening is that you have an old version of shLib rather than the one with sh404SEF 4.7.0.

Also, just in case, do you use Josetta?

So does this file exist or not? (when you view it by FTP or otherwise?)

This error is the source of the problem, the other error ("Fatal error: Class 'ShlMsg_Manager' not found in ...administrator/components/com_sh404sef/helpers/msg.php on line 52") comes from it.

It looks like some parts of sh404SEF are missing on your server.

Hi,

I caused the autoloader.php error. I renamed the com folder during a test. Once I named it correctly that error disappeard, but the originial issue remains.

ok, I have no idea. We don't have any problem with this new version so I can't tell.

Could you please provide us with superadmin credentials to your website. You can create a temporary account, and delete it afterwards, but it must have superuser level.
