Hi

I don't know how you managed that, but sh404SEF is completely destroyed on your site:

1 - First, you had disabled pretty much all plugins of sh404SEF and it's supporting library, shLib

2 - Then your extension list is just broken.

Again, I don't know how this is possible. I think you may have disabled the sh404SEF component, then installed again over. I don't know.

I have no real solution for that. I'd suggest first uninstalling sh404SEF. Then try to clean up the extensions table in the database. When that's done, you can try reinstalling.

But again, why did you disable all sh404SEF plugins, and how come 3 copies (and one without correct version numbers) can be registered in the extensions list?

Hi,

thanks for your kind reply. I do not know whats happened because we've not developed this website: we only manage it since one month.
Anyway I'll try to clean previous installations and retry.
Can you help us listing mysql tables where sh404sef writes data ?
Thanks in advance.
Regards.

Hi

Yes, a cleaner sheet would be a good idea.

Can you help us listing mysql tables where sh404sef writes data ?
Why? what do you plan on doing?

The problem I can on the screenshot above is about the Joomla #__extensions table having multiple records of sh404SEF.

I want to delete sh404sef manually from the mysql tables values, because seems that with joomla uninstall procedure, it's not possible to clean the extention completly.
Thanks.

Hi,

That's what I'm saying. The problem is not in sh404SEF tables. They can be left fine, they have no impact on the site. The problem, and what you have to clean, is the Joomla #__extensions table.

So you need:

1 - Uninstall sh404SEF
2 - Clean the #__extensions table of duplicate sh404sef records, including all plugins
3 - Clean the #__extensions table of records of the shLib plugin
