Hi,

installed SH404 on a 2.5 joomla site : www.xxxx.it
It works with VM and K2 but not with classic joomla article (it does not open the links of the article from menu)
Can you help me ?

Hi Andrea,

I cannot login with these credentials. I can access the Joomla login, but then the credentials are not correct.

In addition to credentials, can you give me one link on the menu that's an article (ie not K2 nor VM)?

Hi

I think there's a problem with your categories: using the same example, this link goes to article #2, Guida all'acquisto, which belongs to category #4: Acquisti.

This category is displayed as a sub-category of the "Farmacia-online" category, however if I open category "Acquisti", it has no parent:

I think you need to Rebuild your categories (using the Rebuild button), so that their internal Joomla database structure is correct.

Was this site upgraded from Joomla 1? or the categories moved around?
