From the button ' Treuhand' is now: http://www.xxxx.ch/Test/treuhand/treuhand. but it should only be: http://www.xxxx.ch/Test/treuhand/

also the button 'Web'. is now: http://www.xxxx.ch/Test/table/web/
and it should be: http://www.xxxx.ch/Test/web

also the button 'Kontkat. is now: http://www.xxxx.ch/Test/kmu-zentrale
should be: http://www.xxxx.ch/Test/kontakt

how/where can I configure this?

Hi

sh404SEF is exactly meant to change URLs. It doesn't use menu items to build URLS, instead it uses items titles and categories.

Please check out the "Extensions" tab of configuration, under the "Joomla" sub tab and adjust the settings there to configure URLs.
You'll need to purge URLs in sh404SEF URL manager when you change settings that modify the way URLs are built, so that new ones are recreated.
