When i setup Dutch as main language in Joomla! these errors are showing up in the administration part of Joomla! :

Notice: Undefined index: nl-NL in /home/admin/domains/ondernemer24.nl/public_html/administrator/components/com_sh404sef/helpers/language.php on line 164

Notice: Trying to get property of non-object in /home/admin/domains/ondernemer24.nl/public_html/administrator/components/com_sh404sef/helpers/language.php on line 164

How to fix this?

Thanks!

Hi

Do you have Dutch set as a content language in Joomla? https://weeblr.com/images/screenshots/9AXiKKO3czqSUe1vNbMihpMbkaMdHO.png

This would explain the error, though the error should be avoided even in that situation.

Which sh404SEF and Joomla versions are your running exactly?

Also, you may be aware of that, but if this is a production site, you should disable error display as this is a (minor) security risk

I've set now error display at simple and the error message is now not visible on the frontpage. I've use sh404sef version 4.4.8.2409 and Joomla! 3.4.1 Stable [ Ember ].

Thanks.

That was the key question!

However, you said the error was showing on the admin pages?

Sorry, no I haven't. There is no option to select. dutch content language isn't in the language package.

Hi

That's not something you select. The language pack should create that for you (sometimes there are 2 language packs, one for admin, one for frontend, only the frontend language pack will create the "content" language), but if it doesn't, you can add it yourself:

( you get on this page after clicking the "New" button on "Content" language tab)

You only have to be sure about the language tag to use:

- Language tag: is 4 letters, something like nl-NL
- URL language code is 2 letters: nl

Cool. FYI, I have added in just released 4.4.9 a test for this particular situation, so this shouldn't happen any more.

Closing this ticket now, feel free to open a new one as needed.
