Hello,
I included (as explained in https://weeblr.com/documentation/products.sh404sef/4/getting-started/sh404sef-settings.html) ".html" in FILE SUFFIX, but the URL remains without any suffix .
Even in global configuration I configured the suffix url.
(joomla 3.3.6 and sh404SEF version 4.6.0.2718 of sf404)

Hi

If you have done that when installing then it's enough. If you've made that change at a lated time, after some URLs where already created and visible in the URL manager, you need to Purge URLs so that new ones are recreated.

If this doesn't apply, maybe you're using Joomla cache system plugin, and that needs to be disabled, or at least cleared?
