Here is a category "Cots | Air Matresses | Pillows"

When you click that link, you can see the products.





I tried clicking on this product "Byer of Maine TriLite Cot "

here is the link below.

http://www.xxxx.com/store/product/6090913-byer-of-maine-trilite-cot



It loads an ERROR "the page you requested was not found on our site"

Doesn't happen for me.

Yes, I've seen that now. Some links are good and some are wrong.

Going back to the basics: sh404SEF creates URLs when Joomla/an extension asks it to create them before display. When that happens, the URL is stored into the database. If a request then comes for a URL, sh404SEF looks it up in the database. If not found, then it triggers a 404.

So the question becomes:

1 - Is the URL store/product/6090913-byer-of-maine-trilite-cot found in the URL manager?
2 - If no, it's normal to trigger a 404 and you should look at whether you use caching (either at full page level - Joomla system cache) or maybe at hikashop level.
