I have added a lot of aliases in 404mrequest manager but now in google webmaster toolsI can see them as doubled tittle meta tags.

So if I understand well, you had this URL:
/content/17-oprogramowanie
and then you added an alias, so that it's redirected to /wiadomosci/oprogramowanie?
I checked on your site and if I go to /content/17-oprogramowanie, I'm indeed redirected to /wiadomosci/oprogramowanie, so it seems to be working fine.
If the only problem you have is Google console telling you about duplicate tags, that's not a problem, they will need weeks or months to update (they are totally not quick!!)
