 Hello

Thank you for your support providing the latest dvelopement version, it seems compatiable with jomres.

I need some help though i read the documentation , i could not point the right way as i am not familair with many technical words and my developer who supported me in past is not an more available , i am learning and seeking you support on How to manage the links automatically as my devlopers did in past :

Main Menu area :

Home page link : http://www.xxxx.com/en/ to http://www.xxxx.com

http://xxxx.com/en/property-on-sale-in-nepal - remove /en/

http://xxxx.com/en/property-on-rent-in-nepal - remove /en/

http://xxxx.com/en/all-properties remove /en/

So, these area how to remove the language /en/ by default?

Internal property pages

http://xxxx.com/en/all-properties?property_uid=80&task=viewproperty - this is the current sample link of the properties that are displayed on the site -

I want to make it - http://xxxx.com/regionname/ townname/propertyname

For example - this property is from Chitwan region and narayanghat town and property header is 11 ¾ dhur ghaderi on sale in Newroad, Naryanghat, Chitwan

So this link should be displayed as : http://xxxx.com/chitwan/ naryanghat/11 ¾ dhur ghaderi on sale in Newroad, Naryanghat, Chitwan

How can i do these by default ? Please help me !!!

Hi

So, these area how to remove the language /en/ by default?
IF your site is not multilingual, that would indicate a misconfiguration at the language level.

http://xxxx.com/en/all-properties?property_uid=80&task=viewproperty - this is the current sample link of the properties that are displayed on the site -

I want to make it - http://xxxx.com/regionname/ townname/propertyname

This would indicate that either URLs were not Purged in sh404SEF after you installed the new version, or simply that Jomres router.php is not fully compatible with sh404SEF.

What I can do is connect to your site and review sh404SEF configuration and basic checks to see if sh404SEF is involved here. Of course, I cannot take over your developer, but maybe I can help a little bit. Have you considered hiring another developer, if the first one is gone?

Could you please provide us with superadmin credentials to your website. You can create a temporary account, and delete it afterwards, but it must have superuser level.

Thanks and regards

Hi

The reason that you have /en/ in URL is because your site is configured as a multilingual site with English and Spanish. Is this correct? I don't see any language switch module on the site?

I have disabled multilanguage support in Joomla, so the home link is back as normal.

I also disable Joomla regular caching and Joomla cache system plugin, which makes things very difficutl to debug. You should enable them back when you're done.

As for why the URLs are as you see them, I have no idea. Probably JomRes don't follow the Joomla API for URLs, but that can only be verified by a developer.

As a quick test, I disabled sh404SEF and the URLs are better, but they still have ?lang=en added to them. This means Jomres has been configured somehow to work as a multilingual installation also.
