My I ask your help? I have some template from RSJoomla team and if I install and activate sh404sef component I have lost all modules on site. Where can be problem? You can check this problem on my testing site http://xxxx.com.lv

This is caused by the language setup. Under the "Content" tab of Joomla language configuration, you had only ENglish language. But your site is in Russian, so instead of ENglish, I created a record for Russian, then unpublished english.
Then I Purged URLs, and the site now looks the same with or withouth sh404SEF.
However, I noticed something strange: sh404SEF has only a few items translated to Russian. It should be almost 100% translated, that's quite strange.
Can I install the latest development version (stable, will be released very soon) to see if the same problem happens?

Thanks. Installed it and now it works much better. Not sure what was happening but I do remember there was a file encoding issue in one the Russian file, and we fixed that some month back but maybe it was not in the currently public version.
Right now, the central part of the control panel is not translated, but translators are working on it right now.
