 Hello,
My site is experiencing a major bug. http://www.xxxx.com
It was blocked by OVH since sql queries are too numerous.
I deleted all the plugins and Joomla components without coming to bring down the number of requests.
In SH404, I see very bizarre errors 404
Here is an example :

Actualite-Nationale/Coupe-Nationale-Veterans/function%20()%20%7Bvar%20c=this%5B0%5D,d=this%5B1%5D,k=this%5B2%5D,h=0;var%20j=Math.max(c,d,k),f=Math.min(c,d,k);var%20l=j-f;var%20i=j/255,g=(j!=0)

Do you know where the problem?
thanks for your help
Best regards
Jerome B.

Hi

This 404 is not strange, it's very common to have those requests sent to all sites. They are attempts to attack vulnerable sites.

If you enable Joomla debug mode, you can see a list of all queries on a given page, so you can check if things are as expected.

But if your hosting company blocked your site for excessive MYSQL queries, then maybe your hosting plans is simply not big enough for your needs and your traffic?

Hello,
What I did in the beginning, is that I put the site offline. Then (offline admin) I looked at the number of queries on the main pages. I have found nothing surprising.
By cons, while the site was offline, the number of requests has not diminished. Where is the problem coming? A component, plugin or module that solicits parmanence in the database? A hack?

Well, IF you have some traffic on the site AND the queries don't slow down when you put the site offline, yes, I would think the queries don't come from your site itself and you may have been hacked.

Can't your host give you a list of the most used queries? that way you can see if they are related to your Joomla site or not?
