Hi, saw the comment on another ticket about Analytics being available from the front end using a secret key. Have tried it but am getting the error(s) below:

Warning

The security token did not match. The request was aborted to prevent any security breach. Please try again.

Bad karma: we can't find that page!

You asked for https://www.xxxx.blog/stats?3b10fc556f, but despite our computers looking very hard, we could not find it. What happened ?

the link you clicked to arrive here has a typo in it

or somehow we removed that page, or gave it another name

or, quite unlikely for sure, maybe you typed it yourself and there was a little mistake ?

Have cleaned cache, refreshed.

Thanks

Hi

This is likely because - at least on my backup copy of your site - Analytics collection is not enabled

Hi, I'd re-authorised with Analytics before I switched it on.

I have switched off front end access, and switched it back on again. It's generated a different key and this does now work!

As an aside there's a display issue with Google charts causing a "b.split is not a function" error which stops the charts from being displayed. A web search does show this error associated with Joomla using the latest mootools.

Hi

Glad it's sorted out!

As an aside there's a display issue with Google charts causing a "b.split is not a function" error which stops the charts from being displayed. A web search does show this error associated with Joomla using the latest mootools.

This is associated with Jomla using using an ancient Mootools version! The latest Mootools would be fine.

As you may have found, it's coming from changes in the Google Chart library  that we use for drawing charts. sh404SEF always uses the latest version of Google Chart, so the problem appeared.

Until Google resolves this, I have made an update that force-use an older version of Google Chart instead of the latest. You can download it from the development versions download area and that will suppress the error.
