That sounds like a duplicate content issue. Joomla decides of access based on the menu item id so the menu item id used in the URL is likely wrong.
If you search for "episodio-01-as-apresentacoes.html" in the sh404SEF SEF URL manager:
- what's the non-sef URL associated with it?
- Are there duplicates listed under the "Duplicates" column.
- If yes, what are the duplicates listed?

So as you see, there are quite a few duplicate links created by Joomla for this page, with different menu item id ("Itemid" in the non-sef URLs).
What you need to do now is find which menu item is the correct one.
Currently, the internal, non-sef URL for this page is:
index.php?option=com_content&Itemid=1557&id=1&lang=br&view=article
So Joomla is using menu item with ID = 1557. If this is the menu item you want to use with this page, change its access level so that you can also see it when logged in.
If it is NOT the correct menu item, then select in the list the correct non-sef url, the one with the menu item id (in "Itemid") that's best for this page.
