Hello,

As you can see in attached, since few weeks, all my websites have this message in Analytics.

I didn't change anithing in my configurations, not in sh404SEF settings and also in Google Analytics.

Can you please tell me where I'm supposed to look for getting back all stats?

Thank you

Hi

It's a bug in Google Analytics chart library. Or rather, their latest version is broken by and older version of Mootools, which you are using on your site.

Hopefully they will be fixing it soon. In the mean time, we have made a temp version that uses the last "good" version of Google Chart  library and that solves the issue.

If Google does not solve the problem (because Mootools is so old and kinda rare), we'll release this temp version as permanent in the near future.

You can download the modified version in the development versions download area (NB: to save time, you can always check out the development versions area in case the problem you're having has already been fixed and is pending official release).

Best regards

Thank you for your quick answer.

I hope this bug will be fixed soon and you'll don't need to do an extra work to get Analytics work properly in your component.

Best regards,

Hi

I hope this bug will be fixed soon

Well, it's not a bug, at least not really in Google library. The problem comes from Joomla using an ancient Mootools version, and such old Mootools versions are not programmed according to modern standard (they "pollute" other javacript running) so the only real solution is to not use old Mootools versions but too many extensions and even Joomla require it often.

So hopefully Google will come with something, or we'll just keep using their older Char library version.
