I did the "safe uninstall". And then I realised that there are tables left behind. Could you tell me what those tables are, so I can manually remove them from myphpadmin?

I strongly advise you don't, as some of the tables and some of the code are tied to shLib, our shared library. The safe way to do this is to install back sh404SEF, use the configuration as described in the documentation to tell sh404SEF to remove all tables and configuration backups and then uninstall again.
