I need to print some hard links in a dossier and i would be nice a link like:

https://www.xxxx.ch/corona-schutzkonzept.html would work...where can i set that in sh404.

Set what? for what links? what type of content? where are those links coming from?

If "%22.html%22 suffix on article sites" is the real question, then I think you have entered

".html"

as a suffix in sh404SEF instead of:

.html

If so, you need to fix the suffix, delete all URLs with the bad suffix and go to your home page to have the link-rebuilding process start.
