Hi, there! I was wondering is there any way to automatically set noindex,follow for every category pagination? The pages are creating duplicate meta descriptions, and I would like to prevent that.

1. sh404SEF has no way to perform this
2. I would not recommend it at all as:
- "noindex,follow" that's left for a long time will likely be interpreted as "noindex,nofollow" by Google
- having multiple pages with the same description is not a problem. It's a "lost opportunity" (because you could maybe manually write excellent description) but not something actually causing any issue. Remember also that Google will NOT use your meta description in most cases, more than 50% anyway.
