Hi, I've had sh404sef for years, has always been great, so thanks in advance!

Having trouble since the latest update though. I have an RSMembership url that should be https://xxxx.ie/subscribe, but I'm just getting brought to the homepage on loading. I've tried deleting the record, purging cache, set up a dummy menu item, but no joy.

This is the page that should be loading

Anything else I can try? This redirect has been working for years until this recent update

Hi Dudley,

Thanks for the comment! Trying to load /subscribe, I see an actual redirect to / taking place so something is indeed doing a redirect here.

Things to look at:

1 - What is the non-sef URL recorded for subscribe? Does it match the non-sef URL you want it to be loaded when requesting "subscribe"?
2 - Obviously, check any redirect you may have:

- on sh404SEF Aliases page
- in your .htaccess

3 - Do you have "301 redirect from Joomla SEF to sh404SEF" under the "Advanced" tab? if so, that should be returned to No
4 - Do you have any (any!) component set to "Use Joomla router" under the "By component" tab of sh404SEF configuration?
