As topic title. I have problem with Kunena Forum. I was trying to google possible solution, but I can find very old threads only but always both extension devs blaming each other for the problem, Including template...
I would be very grateful for explanation where exactly the problem is and how to fix it.

Absolutely. There's no mistery here and no fix either. Both sh404SEF and - most likely - your template are redefining the Joomla class responsible for displaying pagination. That cannot be, there can only be one such class under the name JPagination. Which is why there is no fix.

We do it because the original JPagination Joomla class does not provide the number of items per page and without it, we cannot calculate the page number (Joomla does not calculate a page number, it only outputs ...?start=10

I assume your template wants to change the Pagination design and decided they could not do it only with CSS but had to override the JPagination class to change the HTML code.
