Bonjour,

Je développe un site de petites annonces sur Joomla à l'aide du composant Adsmanager. J'utilise sh404SEF afin d'optimiser les URL qui ne sont pas très bonnes avec ce composant. Lorsque j'active sh4040SEF, tout se passe bien en dehors du fait qu'il me rajoute la mention "?rootid=0" sur différents liens menu Adsmanager.
Pourriez vous m'aider à faire disparaitre cet élément ?

Hi

sh404SEF does not build URLs for adsManager, it just uses the router.php file that comes with it, so we don't really have any way to change the URLs produced.

What I'd suggest is to use the most suitable configuration for such a component:

- under "By component'" in sh404SEF configuration select the following options on the AdsManager line:

Then purge URLs and navigate to your site home page and then to your ads page and see how it goes.

PS: please be sure to only use the English language on this helpdesk, that's the only language we can use when providing support.

I have no method, I just checked the settings were correct. As mentioned in my first post, sh404SEF does not build URLs for AdsManager, it just re-use it's router.php file.

If AdsManager has rootid=xx when sh404SEF is enabled but it does not have it when sh404SEF is disabled, then there must be some AdsManager specific operation that prevents it to removing that variable when sh404SEF is running. I would not know what that is and why it's not rempving rootid=xx when sh404SEF is enabled, that's purely internal to the AdsManager router.php file unfortunately, and something you may bring their attention.
