#7129 – Suffix .htrml added even though correct settings, I think!

Hi,

I have made the correct settings in Joomla and in SH404 (according to me)

Cleaned cache etc.

Still suffix .html is added to all my links.

Add suffix turned of in joomla and removed text in sh404 config.

Hi

If the suffix was added at some point, you also need to delete the URLs with the suffix from the SEF URL manager, so that new ones, without the suffix can be created.

If you've done that and you still get suffixes, it's unfortunately possible another extension is interfering (I have seen this specific issue happening) and I will need more info to be able to troubleshoot:

- full and real URLs where I can see the problem
- superadmin credentials to your website. You can create a temporary account, and delete it afterward, but it must have superuser level.

Hi

Well, you need to delete links that have the incorrect .html suffix, only those ones will be re-created. I'd suggest as well you start with just one, to see if it works as expected.
