I have tried to uninstall and re-install it twice, but it still shows this error. Please login to my website and fix the error for me.

Saw notification on my phone this sunday morning, seemeed rather urgent so I reply still on the phone:

I have tried to uninstall and re-install it twice, but it still shows this error. Please login to my website and fix the error for me.

The error is not coming from sh404SEF or from Joomla which is why you can't fix it by installing again, or by doing anything on the Joomla admin.

Table '#__sh404sef_urls' is marked as crashed and should be repaired.

This means your MYSQL server had a problem and it damaged the data in one (or possibly more) of the tables in your database.

As per the message, it's your MYSQL database that needs to be "repaired". You can do that:

- by using a tool such as PHPMyadmin, most likely available from your hosting company control panel.
- by asking your hosting company support to do that for you

I would suggest you not only repair that sh404SEF table but also run a check on the other tables in the database, as other tables may have crashed as well.
