Never mind, i removed my whole site and installed it again to be sure old data was gone... it works again now...

Yes, importing back from a restore can break things if the restore is too old for instance, as some information about components and plugins are stored by Joomla and sh404SEF in the database, so everything may not be in sync after a restore.
Glad you sorted it out anyway, closing this ticket now, feel free to open a new one as needed. If you do so, please mention this ticket number in the new one.
