Hi

Nobody has any idea of when Joomla 4 will be available and what will be in it so it's kinda hard to provide proper advice here. Here is what I can comment:

- a beta version has not been released and is not really close to being released. It's quite unlikely a stable version can be published in May, June or July

-

Joomla is not backward compatible. You will not be able to just update to it. You will have to migrate some data (that may be automated) but most importantly you will have to upgrade/migrate your extensions and template.

- Curren tsh404SEF will definitely not work with Joomla 4. We're working on the updated version of it which can work on both, but as Joomla 4 itself is not near to be finalized, that work is not near completion.

- The last Joomla 3 version will be a "Long term" version, that means it'll be supported for 2 years after it's release. This will leave us with a bit of time to adjust.

Best regards
