Hi

I'm not 100% sure why those URL are like that but it reminds me of a bug we once found in that extension. The point is that these URLs, with html.html are not created by sh404SEF: you cannot find them in the URL manager. In the URL manager, you can find the correct URL:

and the module for some reason is adding .html at the end of the URLs it displays.

I confirmed that by disabling "Ajouter un suffixe aux URL" in Joomla configuration and the problem stops. "Ajouter un suffixe aux URL" is not used by sh404SEF so this module is unfortunately appending .html at the end of URLs. This is something you might want to report to the developers. In the mean time, keeping "Ajouter un suffixe aux URL" disabled should not cause any issue, it won't change sh404SEF behavior anyway.

I also noticed:

1 - You entered html in the "Suffixe URL" field. It should be .html, that is the exact suffix you want to use.

2 - You have set "OSDownloads" to "Use Joomla router". We do not recommend this at all, it will break the 404 errors handling of sh404SEF. Even if OSDownloads developers recommend this, it is wrong.

Best regards
