Hi, I need to include the last category name in the sef URL, but just for 2 categories of my tree, not for all categories. How I can do it?

Hi,
Unfortunately, that's not possible for automatically created URL. The settings are global.
The only options here is to manually customize the desired URLs.
Why do you need this? Do you have a name conflict between categories?

No, I’ve not categories conflict. My problem is that I want to launch a popup to engage opt-in subscribers to the visitors of our blog and news sections (a category on our website for each), and the tool to do this just can choose on which pages to launch based on the URL.
How I can set a manual customization of the URL?

Manual customization means that you click on a URL in the SEF URL manager and just modify it to your liking.
Depending on how that plugin/app works, you can also modify the alias (not the title) of the desired categories to include some keywords your tool can recognize.
After changing the alias, just delete the URLs in sh404SEF and navigate your site so that these URLs are created again with the new aliases.
