Hi,
A few weeks ago I deleted my site and databases from my host (www.one.com). Another site uploaded .. Now I have the problem that I get a lot of 404 errors in SH404SEF that refer to the previous site. Products that are no longer there and sub-directories that are no longer there. Before I want to install AMP I want to get rid of this. What can I do where can I find the old data?

Kind regards, La-ong

Hi

Not sure why this is a problem? If you removed your site then all search engines and other sites that have links to your old site come back to check for the URLs.
If you deleted the site, then they get 404s which seems expected. I'm not sure I fully understand the problem you described.

Before I want to install AMP I want to get rid of this.
Why?

What can I do where can I find the old data?
The data is in the database. If you deleted the database then sh404SEF was entirely deleted. What you see here is just visitors to the old links.

Best regards

Good morning,

A bit late, a transformer in the village had exploded for a few days without electricity.
Thank you for your email, I was afraid that all those 404 's would also cause problems with AMP, which is why I had not downloaded it.
I will have to get used to the 404 and remove it.

Thank you very much La-ong Roi et Thailand

Hi

A bit late, a transformer in the village had exploded for a few days without electricity.
Ouch, that's tough!

I will have to get used to the 404 and remove it.

404s are normal. A 404 is just a record that somebody requested a page on your site that does not exist. For instance, I just typed in my browser:

http://www.xxxx.com/hello-from-weeblr

So now you should have a record in your 404 list that shows: "hello-from-weeblr".

404s have no effect on your site, they are usually externall: they come from robots, from people whoc bookmarked a bad link, etc

You have them all the time. Like I said, people or google keep trying to load the pages from your old site, and this causes 404s because that old site has been removed and the new site does not know about the old URLs. Not a problem.

Best regards
