Hi

sh404SEF can enforce the www vs no-www part. The HTTPS redirect is something you set in Joomla Global configuration.

And I have check on status code 2 times redirects

If you want to prevent that, you will have to handle it at .htaccess level, on your web server. Joomla does not allow doing this at the moment.
