Hi

Currently, any 404 redirects to your home page. This is pretty bad from an SEO standpoint. Do you know why that is?

From an sh404SEF standpoint, this may happen if you have changed the following settings from their default values:

- Under "Advanced", "301 redirect from Joomla SEF to sh404SEF" should be set to No
- Under "By component", all components should be set to "Use default handler"

Those redirects to home page can also come from:

- your template
- rules in your .htaccess file
- other extensions
